If you might know, but not 100% sure - tell them what you know and which parts you think you know. If you don't know, just say "I don't know". Also, if you don't know but know how to find out, tell them! Tell them how you use MSDN library as a reference, or a certain book, etc. If they're good developers they know that not everyone memorizes every detail. Finding an answer quickly is the sign of a good developer, too.
