Why my connection string store in webconfig will be display on the page

I got a big problem of my connection string to be shown on the page, where the connection string is store in the web.config. This problem are occurs occasionally, which is loading data to the page. It also happen the connection string shown in the dropdownlist.

 

Is anyone know what make this happens?For any help with more appreciated.

I can't think of anything that would cause that to happen out of the blue. Could you post some code so we might be able to see what may be causing it?
