mannis Posted October 4, 2004 Posted October 4, 2004 Hello I need some information about handling video in vb.net. While programming on another platform i was able to take a movie file and select certain parts of it to create a new movie. This new movie was not a copy of the original but a reference copy, the new movie while playing would reference the original video file thus saving on hard disk space. I would also be able to save the new movie as a totally self contained movie that did not reference the original video if i chose too. I need some information on how i can do this in vb.net and where the resources to research this. Help would be greatly appreciated. M Quote
ALEX_0077 Posted October 14, 2004 Posted October 14, 2004 Hello mannis. I believe this can be accomplished with the technology of AVI files. As such, I recommend going to MSDN.com and searching for AVI in .NET. :) Quote Me = 49% Linux, 49% Windows, 2% Hot gas. ...Bite me.
