Hi all

 

Have a .net project that i want to web share... When i go to properties and select the web share option and click ok, i am told that such a alias already exists...Any suggestions on how i can remove this alias or get around it!!

If you open IIS Manager from your admin tools you should be able to delete it from there.

 

I have deleted them, but the error is still appearing.

How did you delete them then?

Right click on the entry under 'Default Web Site' in IIS and i clicked on the delete option. Is there any other way??
