Printer Defaults With Crystal Reports

Hi

 

I have a report that I am showing in the report viewer, I click the print button, get the print dialog box and select the printer I want.

 

The problem I have is that the paper size is defaulting to the first paper size in the list (A4), the default for this printer is Letter Fanfold 8.5 x 11 which is the one I need. If I choose this printer in word it is fine and shows the correct paper size as default.

 

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it.

Have you tried setting the paper size like this?

 

myReport.PrintOptions.PaperSize.DefaultPaperSize = 0

For some reason this does not work, I am begining to think this might be a bug in crystal reports.

 

I am going to try and email them and see what they say.
