mike55 Posted August 19, 2004 Posted August 19, 2004 Ok, I have noticed that on a number of occasions with various projects that after putting a web project on a server that some txtboxes go a shade of yellow when viewed by some machines. When i raised this with another person i was told it could be down to the fact that Internet Explorer was holding onto previously entered data (i.e. the autocomplete function). Has anyone come across a way of preventing this from happening?? Also have set the size of all my txtfields, buttons and labels to XX-small, however when the txtboxes are disabled and containing data, it is near to impossible to see some data especially on laptops, any possible suggestions to this. Am going to look at messing with the color of the text and the txtbox. Appreciate any suggestions!! Mike55 Quote A Client refers to the person who incurs the development cost. Moderators Robby Posted August 19, 2004 Moderators Posted August 19, 2004 When you use XX-smal or large etc, the size will depend on the user's settings, you can overcome this by setting the Point size to the text. Quote Visit...Bassic Software
