I think you are a little off the track but not that much :p He isn't asking for the Compact Framework (which is needed to run any .NET app on Palm). But at least it's say what he need ;) But he is looking for a Palm and he's looking for the cheapest that will be able to run .NET application. On my side... I tried the Virtual PDA and it installed it automaticly on it. Am I wrong ?
