Is it possible to set one of the properties for a textbox to stop it remembering an of the previous entries??

That sounds like Internet Explorer doing the remembering Mike. I don't know off the top of my head how to clear the previous entries though.

there is an AUTOCOMPLETE attribute on input . . . In prerender on the control, add the attribute and set to 'off'

For Internet Explorer:

Tools -> Internet Options -> Content -> Auto Complete -> Clear Forms and then Uncheck what you don't want saved in the future.

 

If your asking how to turn it off all together that is... but just custom for a field use Joe's; didn't even know that existed - good stuff... thanks on that Joe!
