How to do this with a Datagrid?

When I select a cell, then the whole row will be highlighted, and that's fine.

But the cell that I clicked on, will show the cursor behind the word, and the color of it changes.

I want disabled, BUT still I want be able to select/deselect my Checkbox in that row.

How to do that?
