HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error

Hi,

I've installed VS.NET 2003, for an unknown reason I can't create a new web application, every time when I try I get the above message.

I think that its connected in a way to security issues that I can't find.

I've deleted my ASP.NET account and used the "asp_reg -i", but it didn't help as well. I hope that some one here encountered this problem and can help me how to fix it.

I dont know if it connected but I am running on winXP, and the user that the VS.NET installed on is 'administrator'.

run this from the .NET command prompt " aspnet_regiis.exe /i " it may help
