datatable emaild automatically

I have created a program that monitors a software package on the machine and adds the info to a datalist.

I need to be able output the datatable and send this info via email automatically so its progress can be monitored remotely.

 

Is this possible and what is the best way to do this.

This product will be installed on multiple machines so i need a Generic solution if possible.

 

If this is possible.... is it possible to control My program by sending an email with a command in the suject line that it recognizes?
