Yo,

 

Anyone know how to deal with the apostrophise character (hope its spelt correctly, its the character on the same key as the @ sign) when passing data containing one into SQL Server??

@ is on the 2 key on my computer. . .

 

are you talking about the single quote character?

use two single quotes

In other word Replace all single quotes with two single quotes.

s = s.replace("'","''")

Now if you parameterize your queries, this isnt an issue

 

USE PARAMETERS WHERE EVER POSSIBLE!!!
