Save Picture into MSSQL

in MSSQL, I have a table named "tblBiodata" and inside tblBiodata, I had a filed name Picture (Datatype = Image)

 

so, in my application, I have a picturebox, i choose the picture by using OpenFileDialog.

 

Now in my application, I want to have a "Save Picture" button to save the picture in PictureBox into tblBiodata.Picture.

 

What should I do? Any sample codes can be provided to me?? Thanks in advance..
