Alternative for Tabstrips & multipages

I am currently using a Tab strip control with 7 tabs ( and 7 multipages ofcourse ! ).

There are some 100 controls in my page (roughly, 20 controls in each tab). So the page takes a long time to load.

 

My problem is, i don't need all tabs on all cases. for E.g. only if i click tab3 , i need tab5 (and the controls like DataGrids in tab5).

 

So, What alternative do i have ? the alternative should be performance boosting.

 

Can you suggest some thing good ?
