Can I do it through the Internet ?

hi guys!

I made an application thats use TCPIP to connects between two instances from it.

and fortunately it succeeded .

that was on my local computer .

 

now I want to improve it to work through the Internet .

what are the changes in the code that I must do so it work through Internet . eg the host name ...etc
