Feature Article - Tim Sneath

Hi! My name's Tim Sneath and I work in the Developer Platform Group here at Microsoft UK. In each issue of the new MSDN Flash we'll be drilling into a new technology or providing tips and tricks on how to use existing Microsoft developer tools. To kick us off I wanted to highlight some of the most useful tools and utilities I've come across for .NET developers. Perhaps there's one or two here that you've not come across before.

1. Divil Windows Forms Controls

An impressive collection of controls available free for non-commercial use. Includes a versatile hybrid toolbar / menu control as well as a tabbed document manager.

I would have used a 'two thumbs up' if there had been an icon for it, but one thumb up will have to do to signal my statement of "Way To Go" on doing such a great job and getting the mention for it.

Totally awesome in my book. :)
