techmanbd Posted January 22, 2004 Posted January 22, 2004 I am working on automated test program. That sends a command to a device we make then look for answers back. Also can troubleshoot it. Talk to a few different devices. I use GPIB to communicate between a multimeter and then I found data aquisition boards that talk through the rs232 port. Also they have relay boards that work quite nicely Quote Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever. Gandhi

tate Posted January 22, 2004 Posted January 22, 2004 I just finished an application that interprets the J1850 data communication that takes place between electronic modules on a vehicle. Next, something for the web since I'm on my way to my first ASP.NET class this semester. Quote
irasmith Posted January 22, 2004 Posted January 22, 2004 Compared to what some of you have posted mine doesn't hold a candle to it. I had been focusing on learning vb.net for projects at work, but once I got to feeling good about doing basic routine stuff they decided to move to c# instead. So I'm working on learning c# right now, not complaining though as I actually am enjoying it. I should this weekend be at my keyboard working on small sample easy-as-you-go type programs to begin getting the feel of c#. Eventually I would like to spend some of my own time working on modules for the DotNetNuke or Rainbow CMS packages. Quote Ira Richard Smith IraRichardSmith.Net
