GDI+ on other Windows Systems

I understand that GDI+ was rebuilt for Windows XP and for the use with the .NET products, but will applications utilizing GDI+ work properly and as desired on Win9x or NT?

Yes, the GDI+, as far as I know, will work on any platform that the

.NET framework will work on.

GDI+ is installed when you install the framework, if you don't have it already.
