I recently have been given a project inwhich I will require dynamic Quiz creation and then ability to grade and diaply results and wrong problems to user. I found a link that is in C# and uses ASP.NET and ADO.NET It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but hey when is it ever. Take a look it may help you.
