vb.net Drop from Listview to Windows Folder

Hello,

 

1. How do I get the target path of my drop location from a listview? Like if I drop some items onto the desktop it will return "c:\documents and settings\user\desktop\"

 

2. How do I get the cursor to change to the 'copy' icon when I drag over a folder or the desktop or something?

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
