Writing a Windows Toolbar Application

Hello,

 

I was wondering how one would go about writing an application that can run in the taskbar as a toolbar (selected by right clicking on the taskbar and using the toolbars menu). I'm using VB.Net, is it possible?

may there'll be some samples out there i know i had found some but they were in vb6
