how to use datagrid w/o using data source ?

This thing i know that in vb, flex grid supports row and column insertion in flex grid without assigning a data source to grid.

 

But in vb.net, how we can use a datagrid with row and column insertion in a grid means cells insertion without assigning or using any data source (windows application).
