Xtreme .Net Talk

Hello, I am a student. I'm not a computer wiz, and I've been learning C++ for a while now. I got C++.net back in November 2002. Now, my school has Visual Studio.net 2003. When I take projects to school, I have to upgrade them to use them (takes a second, no prob), but when I take them back home I can't use them with my version of .net. Is there a way to upgrade to 2003 for free? I haven't found one.

I don't appreciate your sarcasm. That's what I've been doing, but its inconvenient, seeing as I have multiple projects with many files, and I bring them back and forth from school all the time.

I shouldn't have to make a new project file and fill in every little .cpp, .h, .rc, etc.. whenever I bring work home.

Don't use their products? what choice do I have? besides, I never said I didn't like Microsoft. The point is that I, having payed for .net, shouldn't have to pay money for a .1 upgrade.

A simple "No there isn't a patch" would have been fine. Thanks for nothing.
