where do I find info about APIs

I would like to know if anyone knows of a good place to find info on APIs for future reference, but right now I am trying to find info about winspool.drv in particular. I know some of the general functions like openprinter closeprinter, but where do I find what functions are available and what they do exactly other than what the name implies. I've tried searching google and most just list the functions I would like descriptions of what they do... is that available
