print a document

I'd like to know how to print a document...I know it's sound quite simple, but the vb.net help is not very useful (for me...)

 

The fact is I have some variable (such as title, text, header, footer), and I just want to print them :

 

header

TITLE

 

text

 

footer

 

Can we do that with less than 20'000 lines programming ?
