I'll have to build a dynamic web site and I want that sections could be add dynamicly. So what I want is a WYSIWYG editor incorporated in my web page.

I want something like yours when you post thread (in "Advance" mode).
It's not an obligation to be "exactly" like yours... but just one that I could do some stuff.

I would like to link this to a DB.

Some hint ? Some link ?

N.B.: The wysywig editor is compulsory.

I'm sure it's gonna work !
But lot of work to do.

Does I really have to discover the wheel again ? Isn't some ASP.NET Component that someone build and that is addable to my project ? If no... I'll do it myself.
