Who can show me some codes about socket programs

I want to write some small programs about socket using udp.Who can show me some codes with VB.NET about socket,thanks very much.
And I want to ask a question: How can I binding a port to a IP adress?
My aim: I want to trasmate some package to a PC passing the fire wall with UDP which has perform the client ,How can I do it ?
