I'm from a land where "r" and "u" are letters, not words. :-/

I think it's more commonly known as the land of old age. :p
Unfortunatly, I seem to live in a land where 'dude' is a pronoun and 'like' is an adverb!

"Dude, I am like so ignorant!"

I live in Burbank, CA. The Valley where DUDE and LIKE originated from.

"Like way cool dude"
"Like, OMG"
"TOTALLY DUDE"

Being in highschool, I speak this from experience: That is so true. I've heard sentences with more "Like"'s than 'normal' words.

While originally born and raised in soutern Indiana for almost 16 years, my family moved to the country outback of Kentucky a couple of weeks before I hit 16. In 1993, I moved even further south to the homeland of Country Music deep in the heart of Nashville Tennessee. :)
