what happen to "localhost" in the client computer?

When you create a sqlconnection and sqldataadaptar using the wizard, you choose the localhost server, and the wizard puts in the computer name.

I wondered what happen when I send it to the client, does the program will continue looking for my computer name

No, the program will be directed to the computer its on, hence the name "localhost" .

Enter 127.0.0.1 <- becouse localhost can be bind to let say 192.168.2.4
