I've found an number of articles for making your ASP.NET code compliant since MS breaks compliancy out of the box, question though is before I start writing my own code does anyone already have something built that they're giving away known to work well...in other words something I won't have to tweak later?

The easiest method is to attach a filter to the page's output stream. Examples of these filters are all over the place.
