VS .NET Upgrade or new Install?

Should I do a clean install of Visual Studio .Net 2003 or should I do an upgrade to my 2002 version? Anyone has any idea which one is better? My other question is, is there an MSDN library for version VS .NET 2003 or will MSDN library 2002 work in VS .NET 2003 too?

If you install vs.Net 2003 it won't overwrite your existing installation anyway. It will hapily run side by side. (In fact you can have VB6, vs.Net 2002 and vs.net 2003 all on the same machine quite happily)

u should upgrade, its only $30 but a clean install can be over $1000

There is MSDN for VS.NET 2003, it comes with it.
