Visual Studio 2005 Error

Help!!! If anyone can help me with this problem that would be great. I just installed Visual Studio 2005 Professional and everything went through the install fine. When i go to create a new project however, it creates but i don;'t see a design window. So I click on form1.vb and I get the following error message...

Could not load type 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop.IVsRunningDocumentTable2' from assembly
'Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop.8.0, Version=8.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a'.
