Does anyone know how to use vertexweights in a dx progressivemesh or point me to a place where i can find samples or tutorials on this topic.
The DX9 sdk doesn't give much help.
What i'm trying to do is convert a terrain mesh into a progressive mesh and "put some weight" on the edge vertices to keep their position when decreasing the LOD.
