VC++.NET vs\or VB.NET

for developing ASP.NET pages and connecting to databases,what do u thing would be better to use?????

and can i do with vc++net everything i can do with the vb.net????

c#? why? i mean C# is derived from C++, so shouldnt c++ net suppose to be better then it?

but i can do the same things with managed c++ (C++ net) as i can do with c# right?
