After running .NET for about 3 weeks, my debugger comes into this anoying problem. Every time I hit a breakpoint in my code, or hit F10 (step over) to continue while debuggin my application, it freezes for about 13 seconds at a time. Happens every time I hit F10. Quite anoying when you hunting down a bug.
