VB6 & .Net Studio on same machine?

Hello,
I have to install VB.NET (The Whole Studio) for a new project. Yet there are existing projects that I've done in VB6.

Is there any danger in having VB6 and VB.nET Studio on the same machine?

Most of us have both installed on the same box and they work very well side-by-side.
