VB.NET on Windows ME - possible?

Is it possible to install vb.net standard on a Windows ME platform. If not, is it enough to upgrade to Windows XP home edition. I will only use vb.net for learning purposes and connecting vb programs to Access/Fox Pro database files.

You can't install vb.net on WIndows ME.
On windows xp home, i think that you will not be able to use asp.net or create web services as it does not come with IIS.
