VB.net Deployment Problem

Hi There,
We have developed a VB.net application .With the setup i.e the MSI package I need to give the user other application's setup exe i.e with the installation of my application's setup it should be able to run the setup file included and should install it on client machine.Is there any way to solve this issue?So that I can install both the setups simultaneously.

Thats not an issue with VB.NET. Thats how most installers work, one installation has to be finished before the other one begins.

i too want to create a setup project for my vb.net windows application. I don't understand where to put the exe's and dlls in four sections like application's, user's desktop and other two.
And how to embed the configuration files? If i m storing some file paths in config file, then how it will be taken off during setup and installed?
