I will suggest you read the MSDN library first if you installed VS.NET in your PC

Actullay if you're just starting with VB.NET, I sugguest that you don't start in MSDN. Its a reference more than a learning tool.

I recommend you ACTUALLY look on the internet, as there are 1000's of FREE tutorials online, or maybe you should consider buying a book, theres plenty of good ones on Amazon.com.
