can i set content type too?

I have one more problem. I need to format the text in mail
Some portion needs to be in bold. How can I set the context type to html?
 
This has been split off from another thread. amarjeetvirdi is referring to starting the default email program with a url formed like so:

mailto@someone@somedomain.com?subject=blah&body=blah

As far as I'm aware, you can't set the MIME type of the message in this way.
