How do you get Tooltips to follow mouse movements?

Does anyone know how to make a tooltip follow the mouse movement?

A tooltip displays in relation to the mouse position. If you want it to move while it is displayed, you would have to make your own class. It would be nothing more than a label with a timer.

Diesel, Thanks for responding. I am not sure I understand what you mean. Can you give me more details or an example?
