hey guys i was wondering how do u get the windows movie maker 2 toolbars and menu type

the menus look a bit fatter with icon support
and the toolbars have the gripper and gradient background just like windows explorer in xp


and one more thing is it actually possible to get the icons in the toolbars to look with alpha blend in win2k?
