Too much text to print to lbl - help!?

I need to "print" instructions to a label of fixed size after the instructions button is clicked. I have too much text to fit in it.. there isnt a scroll bar for label.. I am not sure how I can do this. any suggetstions? I could I guess use something else - say a textbox - help!?
