Starting Visual SourceSafe in VB.net

In VB.net, at the File Menu, the SourceControl submenu is all greyed out. How do I turn on Visual SourceSafe so that I can use it?

I didn't see anything about VSS at the time of installation. Is there something specific that needs to be installed or setup?

I believe it's in the options.

It comes on a separte CD, it comes with Enterpirse Arch or Developer.

I have the Enterprise Developer .but where is the Source Safe ??????
