Socket Connection from Windows Application to Pocket PC

hi guys,
I'm doing socket programming in VB.net which is to communicate between windows application with Pocket PC Application.( I'm Using TCPListener,TCPClient classes) Now I'm Using Emulator for testing. From the Pocket PC i can make connection with Windows application but i cant make connection from windows appliuation to pocket PC. Can Anybody Help me? Urgent.
