Single Instance Application

Hi,
I have set the "Make single instance application" check box.
And when my application version is 1.0.0.0 for example, it is OK and won't load multiple instances.
But when I create a new version, for example 1.0.0.1, then I can run 2 instances of my application, when the 1st instance is 1.0.0.0 and the second instance is 1.0.0.1...
What should I do to prevent this?
I don't want multiple instances at all...

If you want to manage this irrespective of version you are probably going to have to do it yourself.
