Hi, I found a open source windows sidebar for use with vb6 which i had been using, but its completly incompatable with vb.net so i need to know what code is required to make a windows sitebar in vb.net, i plan to make this open source, able to change opacity, and i will eventually have it able to use plugins easily, (i will need help on this at some point i just need to get a main program working for now and put it on my sourceforge site,

What do you mean by sidebar? I made a WindowsXP style sidebar which you can obtain in the Code Library, though it doesn't support the stuff you mentioned. You could change it to fit your needs though, as source is included.

that dosent load in vb .net 2003 for me

I worked out what the problem was but the program dosent go to the side of the screen like i want the program to (like the longhorn sidebar)
