shortcut args

Is there a way to expose the arguments and details of shortcuts installed by the deployment projects? All of my installed shortcuts need to allow for users to tweak the program arguments. Shortcuts I see getting installed are protected from that right now.

i don't want an empty bump, but i'm assuming 3 weeks and no response indicates this cannot be done in .NET. Anyone?
