SetUp prepare problem!!

I downloaded the "dotnetfx.exe"(NET Framework) file which required to run my application on user computer. But where I need to insert this file?
All my attempts was faile.

How can I insert it to my SetUp project. It must cause to installer to perform silent installation on user machine.
