Send Raw Packets

Hello Everybody!

I'm new to this forum, actually this is the first forum I joined. I've been programming with WinSock in VB6 and Sockets in VB.NET.

My problem is, how can I send raw packets like the Windows Packet Editor.

Well, basically I'm creating a custom Ragnarok Online Client.
